So I want to get into knitting because I’m sick of asking my mom to teach me to crochet, cause if I’m realistic that’s never gonna happen. But I have no idea of where to start so can someone give me some tips of what I should have to start out with, like just some basics?
Youtube is an awesome source when it comes to knitting and crocheting.
I learned most of my knitting skills via videos on there ^-^
But guys, think about super close platonic relationships
- Platonic reassuring shoulder/arm/hand grabbing
- Platonic tight, meaningful hugs
- Platonic late-night deep conversations that end in at least one person holding back tears or sobbing
- Platonic sleeping in the same bed
- Platonic forehead touches
- Platonic staring into each other’s eyes like the other person is the world
- Platonic CUDDLES
SUPER CLOSE PLATONIC RELATIONSHIPS
YOU SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR THAT PUN
Why? It was a good one. Tasty, you might say, or piquant.
"Be a child again. Flirt. Giggle. Dip your cookies in your milk. Take a nap. Say you’re sorry if you hurt someone. Chase a butterfly. Be a child again."
You know when a fast angry song comes on that you know every word to and you’re in just the right mood that your eyes light up with the fire and angst of a thousand punk rockers and you just feel so alive
We call ships ‘she.’ We call our war machines ‘women.’ We compare women to black widows and vipers. And you’re going to tell me it’s not ‘lady-like’ to scream, to take up space, to fight and demand respect and do whatever the hell I want. You’ve looked at nuclear bombs and been so in awe that you could only name them after women. Don’t try to down-play my power.
